With an increasingly more discerning customer base, Mauritius Telecom is constantly raising targets in terms of productivity and standards by improving staff performance through training. To achieve its objectives, the management has developed an employee oriented internal policy which sees to it that each employee has the possibility to acquire new skills through training, workshops, and seminars.

The company training division has an ongoing training programme with a special budget allocation which provides for a wide range of courses run both by MT trainers and guest lecturers in centres located in Telecom Tower and throughout the country. It is well equipped in terms of up-to-date audiovisual equipment to facilitate the delivery of training sessions.

Courses and workshops, with the collaboration of reputable telecommunications organisations are organised on a regular basis.
