IFF Terms & Conditions

A. The packages will be available for residential customers only in Mauritius and Rodrigues. The customers must be on fixed line or WLL system.

B. All residential applicants are required to indicate their choice of any one of the three packages and their preferred countries. To benefit from the scheme, all calls should originate from that designated telephone line only.

C. Billing: A minimum charge of 30 seconds will be applied, then per second charging. Call minutes exceeding the package duration will be billed at the discounted rate of the package subscribed.

D. Calls made to numbers outside the international friends & family package will be billed at standard rate.

E. Unused call minutes at the end of each billing period are not transferable.

F. Any change in the designated telephone line used should be notified in writing.

G. Any change of area code of your international called numbers should be notified to MT.

H. 2 changes in the preferred countries/telephone numbers will be free of charge during one-year period; any subsequent changes will be charged at Rs. 10 except for area code change. The change will be effective as from the first day of the billing period*

I. In case of termination of service, the customer shall promptly inform Mauritius Telecom. Termination will be effective on the next day.

J. MT reserves the right to amend the terms & conditions from time to time.

K. MT also reserves the right to discontinue the service at its discretion.
